How much is pickup & delivery?
10,000₫ each way in Tan Binh, 10,000₫ in Tan Phu and 15,000₫ in Binh Tan. Free for orders from 300,000₫.
What is the minimum weight?
Wash-by-weight orders start at 3kg (anything less is charged as 3kg). If you only need dry cleaning, blankets or curtains, tick “Per-item services only” when booking — no minimum weight, from just 1 item.
How do I know the exact weight?
The driver weighs your laundry in front of you and sends a photo via Zalo. The final price uses the actual weight.
What if something is damaged or lost?
We re-wash for free if you are not happy within 48 hours and compensate according to our published policy.
How can I pay?
Cash, bank transfer or QR code when your laundry is delivered.
How soon will someone pick up?
The driver arrives within your chosen time slot. In Tan Binh it is usually 20–30 minutes for immediate pickup.
Do you mix customers’ laundry?
Never. Every order is tagged and runs in its own machine.
